My EV Conversion site was originally created in 1995 using hand chiseled html.  Yesterday I spent most of the day making a little CMS (content management system) with mysql & php on OS X.  Then sucked up all of that old content, slapped it into the database, and spewed it all back out using a common template.  I feel much better now.  Try it yourself.

Made a new mailto link like I had with my old weblogs, so y'all can send a particular story to someone else if you are so inclined.  Instead of figuring out how to do it in Radio, I used a combo of Radio and PHP.   Also threw together a form/script for sending me email (under the sign on the right navbar).  Since changing over to this new host my junkmail has plummeted to almost nothing, but I've noticed that a few spammers have already spidered my pages and are sending to the new email addresses.

Using Applescript to call Unix apps, Web Services (XML-RPC, Soap), and regular Mac applications. So, using web services, you could get the current stock prices, weather, and world news and use that information to decide the music genre your script has iTunes play: blues, angst, or bubblegum.
