Today's mystery bird. It was seen in our backyard, here in Lebanon, NH and seemed to be hanging out with the robins. In fact seeing it next to the Robins it seemed to have the same size, shape, beak, and head. Primarily white with a few black stripes. My camera only has a 3x optical zoom and the digital zoom used to get this much detail is pretty pixelated. Can't find it in my bird book. Anyone know what it is?

Looking at the upper right hand picture it looks like a Grosbecks beak to me. The eye does too. But looking at the rest of the pictures I would go with the albino robin theory. Robins have a long yellow beak, and the wing looks right for a robin.
My mother-in-law was looking at this too and at first she thought it might be a northern shrike, which is common in New England or a Loggerhead Shrike which is a rare sighting in NE. But she came back to the albino robin too.
Whatever it is it sure is interesting. Keep us posted if you see it again

I think the upper right picture is a messed up a bit, there's lots of pixelation and the beak is by some greenery.
Looking at it in person it didn't have a grosbeak sized beak. So I agree with the albino robin.
