Nothing quite like chewing the lawn on a rainy day. When spring arrives all of the pets head outside and start munching on young grass blades. Sure, sometimes they toss it up like a verdant hairball, but I'm pretty sure that's not the main goal. Not to put too fine of a point on it but I think grass is the animal world equivalent to bran muffins. If your dog or cat starts eating grass let them eat a little, stop them for a minute, eat a little more, take a break, etc... Smaller doses seem to go down and stay down.
