The Apple Music store has added the rest of the tracks for Miles Davis' Bitches Brew.
(iTunes Link)

Last month there was only one track available and now they have all of the remastered tracks. Even at buy per-song rates it is a great deal. Amazon lists it at twenty two bucks, the Apple music store: seven bucks. The most cost effective track is the title track. At 99 cents for 27 minutes of music it comes out to just under four cents a minute.

The album art looks vaguely familiar. I'm not sure if it is something we had at the house when I was younger or at one of the radio stations I worked. I could have even bought it when I was a kid. Back then album art was of primary importance. I remember purchasing a Grateful Dead album based solely on the cool skeleton and roses cover, only to totally hate the music.

p.s. the photo of Miles was taken by Faith in the early nineties when she spent a month as a Synclavier roadie for Pat Metheny on a Jack Dejohnette tour.

I heard Miles play in California. I was back stage and he tended to play with his back to the audience. I had the BEST view of him while he played! I took the picture when he was done. His skin was like leather. His features were like chisled ebony. He hands were very frail looking. He was the coolest looking person I had ever seen!

Interesting note about Miles. His playing got slower and slower over the years. He would be asked why he didn't play any more of the quick bop tunes that marked his "Cookin' With the Miles Davis Quintet" days and he'd reply with a raspy "you gotta move forwards...not backwards. Always forward."

Two things: Could you post a link to a bigger version of Faith's photo? I'd love to see more detail.
Also -- you might mention that the iTunes website is not only for Mac owners *only*, but non-Mac owners can't even listen to the music samples (or follow your URL, for that matter.) :(
