Thanks to Plum's Place for the link to liquid layouts (web page designs). The em-driven layout is very interesting, since it means the page layout changes as the user increases or decreases the browser's text size setting. I've even seen this used for image sizes.

Skied into work this morning. Well, more like: walk half a mile, ski a couple, walk, bushwhack (ski-whack?), and then stumble the last few blocks into work.

I'm ready for a nap.

Lovely morning though, don't know why I keep forgetting to bring the camera. After last night's snow the landscape was an unbroken white blanket except where animals have been out. Lots of tracks: deer, turkey, fox, little meese feets, and what looked like a pack of coyote.

With all of the fresh tracks you'd figure there'd be visible animal activity, but it was utterly quite and motionless...except for an exuberant labrador. Even spinning around quickly didn't reveal animal eyes peeking out from behind tree trunks. Disney has warped my expectations...
