An article in the local paper outlining how the Free State Project is trying to take New Hampshire. At first I thought Librarians were on the move.

On a completely unrelated topic I ran across a product brochure for this undercover GPS logger. Able to capture GPS information for a week using a 9volt battery, magnetic base, triggers whenever it senses motion, and automatically sleeps to conserve power.

One of the suggested uses is livestock tracking. Ignoring the fact that most cattle don't have magnetic surfaces that sounds like the job for me, Livestock GPS Data Analysis Engineer:

"Ok, here you'll see that they aren't moving...not moving...not moving, well, it goes on like this for a few hours."

"Wait, wait...this is pretty good, notice the slight movement? Wind must have picked up and the herd turned to face downwind. Clever..."

"This one is stumping us. Each day the herd forms in a semi-circle pattern. Some sort of ancient pagan ritual...or aliens. Damn, wish management had approved the budget for cow cams! Must be aliens.
What's that? Feeding? Hay?
Well, sure, I suppose. But we'll never really know, will we? We'll never really know."
