This flies by our office from time to time on the way to Lebanon airport. It's a turbo prop, which means there's a jet turbine powering each propeller. It has a very unique sound, since the exhaust goes right through the props, essentially "chopping" the sound. Presumably it is a very quiet ride inside since all of the noise generation is well behind the passenger compartment.
