Ah, the things you can do in lieu of shoveling the driveway! (although I ended up doing that as well)
Hit a turning point of sorts with the family room. Started putting up closet walls and then decided on how I was going to do the sub-floor, which freed things up so I could also start hanging sheet rock ... at least hang what was on hand. I'll need eight more 4x8 sheets (more if I do the insides of the closets) to finish the knee walls and the other closet.
Next up, figure out how to get a pallet of dricore sub-floor delivered and loaded into the family room. Also a bunch of spackling and painting (neither of which I'm very fond of) and then putting in the final floors: ceramic tile by the entry, some kind of laminate for the rest.
p.s. photoshop CS3 (beta) has a nice photo merge automation task. It takes a handful of photos, finds the overlaps, adjusts brightness and colors to stitch it all together. This panorama was created from 8 photos, some of them quite dark.
p.p.s. I have a time lapse movie of this weekend's construction, tune in tomorrow!
