This originally started off as a photograph of a water lily. Lining up the tripod and lens I noticed a few dots on the petals. Zoom in further and there's three different bugs perched on them. Framed this leaf hopper with the pistils of the flower but when I brought it into photoshop I noticed the water droplets and cropped the rest out. For a sense of scale the hopper is about the length of a sharpened pencil lead.
