Great composition!
Now imagine one of those panes of 1/2-inch glass falling from 50 stories above to the sidewalk..and then imagine dozens of them! That was a pretty scary architectural disaster when I was living near there. First they replaced all of the glass on the top ten or so floor with plywood panels, so everybody called it the "plywood ranch", which was a name of a local lumber store. Then they replaced all the high glass with full-inch-think panels, and they've been fine ever since.
