This was captured by the Wyoming Department of Road webcams out by South Pass, where Mom lives. I peek in from time to time just to see how nasty it is and am often rewarded with a blizzard or high winds. Like they say, "Snow doesn't melt in Wyoming, it either gets worn out by the wind or blown into Nebraska."

A nice feature of their webcams is a link for a "typical" (i.e. sunny day) view from the same camera to use as comparison. I've rigged the image above so it should toggle between the two when you roll your mouse over it. They aren't perfectly lined up, but it gives a good idea.

No idea what this fella is doing out there, maybe trying to get a fence open or closed?
