A 5am wakeup and while perusing the morning news the sun arose. C'mon Zeke let's roll, and of course he's always ready for a walk no matter how deep the sleep or leg twitchy the dream. The sunrise was beautiful, too many photos to choose from but this one seems to capture the tone. There's my favorite tree again, changed a bit since its last photo. Most surprising is how well this chance photo of a slug turned out. Sometimes you need to get on your belly to see something new.

Love the tree. I'm not sure if its the same one, but I know a similar tree across the river from you in Hartford Township.

Thanks all.

The tree is south of Lebanon, on top of a hill by a haying field.

Here's an article on how an email address, given at a single site, becomes the target of an endless stream of spammers. Sad.

There's another side to spam, finding servers to send it. In looking through my logs I regularly see goofballs trying to find a email scripts they can hijack. For example, jxffrey@aol.com appears to have a script which looks for the common /cgi-bin/FormMail.cgi script and uses it to send himself an email when one is found. It's a common hack, but certainly not the only one.
