On Monday the temperature almost reached sixty and there was much rejoicing and opening of windows.
On Tuesday the temperature reached seventy eight degrees and there was much panting and shedding of clothing.
There is still some snow on the ground and it's looking worried.

Today was also the first day I wore short pants and a short sleeved shirt. We even left work early to enjoy a nice, leisurely walk home. With my glow-in-the-dark white legs and Zeke's thick black winter coat we looked like 2/3rds of an Oreo rolling home.
Something funny (definitely not funny) happened on the way home: the temperature dropped thirty degrees. Sunny and seventy to blustery and sub-forty.
Not short pants weather by any means. It's times like these that I envy Zeke's versatile weather management system.
I think I'll have another cup of hot tea.

What the T on the X-axis?
The x-axis is probably eight hours or so. In town the temperature was at seventy until 11:30am and reached forty around two hours later. We stopped for lunch and it dropped about ten degrees.
