This little fellow arrived in New Hampshire at 1am this morning after a long airplane ride from southern California in a dog carrier. He was born last month and purchased by our neighbor as siring stock. I think the green markings are the result of tattooing.
Full of energy and curiosity he wasn't quite sure what to make of Zeke or the chilly New Hampshire weather. He jumped around on stiff legs, chewed pant legs, and nursed any offered finger.
What a sweet little thing. Seems to be separated from its mama a bit quickly.
He's probably got some new moms now. They have an established herd and usually have a few kids bouncing around. These are the folks I get goat milk from for homemade Chevre.
