One of the companies I worked at was accumulating a shockingly large collection of coffee stir straws. Yet each week the coffee guy brought another box.

You might say, "Hey, Coffee Guy, thanks but no thanks on the straws. Look we have two cabinets full!"

The coffee guy, placing a fresh box of six thousand on the counter next to the sweetening chemicals, would say, "Sorry, part of the package."

Pause...

"It's my job."

You can't change the world but you can come up with a fun uses for the extra coffee stir straws: geodesic sculptures!
