Not sure what it is about this branch, but every so often one or two of these guys land and hang out for a short while. It's outside the office window, quite a ways up a tree overlooking the river.
They are always facing the other way, preening and ducking. To get this over-the-shoulder candid I whistled just before taking the photograph.
