The last storm didn't set any records for snowfall, although maybe for initial slush-fall. We only have a little over a foot and a half on the ground which is kind of shallow compared to most years. No, what this snow storm brought that none of the others could match was beauty.
Maybe it was the wet snow at first, freezing and clumping. Or maybe it was the huge snowflakes which fell from the sky like angel feathers. Whatever the reason it left behind a wondrous collection of floating snow sculptures.
As Faith so nicely exclaimed, "It's like kindergarten art class!"
