I'm not sure what today's beetle is other than it's quite a monster with HUGE antenna. It doesn't show up on the Beetles with Long Antenna page. I'm pretty sure it isn't a Asian Longhorned Beetle, which if you happen to spot give the USDA a call.
Here's an interesting article on the Asian beetle:
“It takes two full-grown men to corral the beetle and get the antenna tied on,” Williams said. “I thought they were really cute at first, until I was bitten a couple of times.”
Cottonwood Borer?
That looks pretty close, if not it. Ours didn't seem quite this big:

But there are probably variants. They seem to be interested in our deck, which has no trees nearby just the barbecue grill.
Thanks Shelley!
maybe it's just going through a phase. I mean, that it's young and hasn't reached full maturity when you'll be able to tell what it is.
Looks like an Oregon Fir Sawyer, but, since we ain't in Kansas (or Oregon), I suppose it couldn't be.
looks like my 8th grade math teacher,'cept she had bigger fangs.
looks like our Japanese Pine Borer Beetles
