Fall Feeding
Fall Feeding

There's a couple "bushes" of flowers on the edge of the pond that are going through a last fall fling blooming frenzy, attracting every bee, butterfly, and moth from miles around. While trying to photograph some of them it felt a bit like poking my head into a bee hive. But they are all too busy to bother with me.

Fall is officially underway here in New Hampshire. The leaves outside my office are turning, although not a spectacularly as some years. More shriveled, discolored leaves for some reason. Late nights and early mornings are thick with fog and dew. No frost yet just a brief dip below forty last week.
