Our latest iPhone app just hit the store. Building upon our successful acoustic Guitar app, iShred adds top quality electric guitar samples along with a highly customizable effects chain. There's 8 different stomp box effects along with an amp simulator to customize the sound to practically anything you like: from 1950's surf sounds, 70's heavy metal, to 90's grunge rock.

It also features a built-in recorder for practicing and saving your performances. Also has web based storage, to either back up your songs (and performances) or share them from iShred to Guitar or among your other friends or band members. Here's the video to promote the app. Faith did the breathy little "iShred" at the beginning, Mike performed all of the songs - he's an iPhone Guitar wiz, and that's my hand/ipod touch on the picture-in-picture demonstrating effects screens. iMovie '09 was used to film and edit the movie.
