Last night I made a lamb roast. They had boneless leg of lamb on special at the local Shaw's for .99lb. When I got it home I was surprised to see that it was from Australia. A little poking around the web finds that the US lifted an import quota last year. The roast was tasty, but was it the fine Australian lamb shipped 10,000 miles or my burgeoning skills in the kitchen? ":^)
