Taken before sunrise with an exposure of about 5 seconds at an f-stop of 6. In Photoshop I did a very slight gaussian filter before shrinking the image size and then doing a sharpen edges.
It still has some "color" noise. I'm on the fence as to if I like it or not.

OK, I'll bite: what exposure time and what technique for removing low-light noise from the image?
