The bathroom project is finally winding down. Sure, I've got a list of things to do as long as my arm, but they are all relatively easy and within reach. Mostly putting stuff back together and dressing everything up. I'm not even sure when I ripped out the old tub last year, but I'd finally got around to installing the new window back in October and then we stalled out trying to figure out what's next. Turns out the guy we bought Zane's bunk bed from, Barry Snyder, does all kinds of carpenter work including tiling. He came over, scoped it out, and gave us a rough estimate of what it would take. All we had to do was pick out the tile and design things.
Right.
I think if someone really wants to make money on an ipad app it would be an interactive room design tool. As it was we looked at way too many tiles and tried to envision what they'd look like and what "look" we thought we wanted for the room. We stalled a few times, life gets busy, but eventually started ordering things. Last week after coming back from a mini-vacation we completely gutted the bathroom to make it ready for Barry. He started on Thursday and finished it off yesterday afternoon. Really happy with how it came out.
